Public Defender Membership
NPAP’s Public Defender Initiative supports public defenders in identifying, preserving, and referring out their clients’ civil rights claims. We believe this is critical to both effectively vindicating clients’ rights and raising accountability within the broader criminal legal system
Public defenders can now join NPAP for free for three months to access a PD-specific resource hub and a referral network of civil rights attorneys. After three months, membership dues are deeply discounted to $50 per year.
