Ways to Give
With your help NPAP is building a future free from police violence.
As the Trump administration expands police power and state violence, your donation helps us take back power from abusive police at all levels of government.
1. Give Online
Visit our donate page to make a secure donation by credit card. Fast, simple, and immediately funds the urgent fight to stop police violence every day.
2. Become a Monthly Sustainer
Monthly sustainers are invaluable! In this uncertain funding environment, recurring monthly gifts provide stable funding to sustain our work for the long-term. Just choose I Want to Contribute this Amount Every Month on our donate page.
3. Send a Check
Mail checks to National Police Accountability Project, P.O. Box 508, Redmond, WA 98073.
4. Wire Funds
If you’d like to wire your donation to NPAP, please contact [email protected] for wiring instructions.
5. Give Stock
Support our vital work while optimizing your tax strategy. Transfer appreciated stock for maximum tax benefits while avoiding capital gains.
For stock donations:
Merrill Lynch DTC#: 8862
Account name: National Police Accountability Project
Account #: 63P-02233

Stock donations often don’t identify the donor. Please let us know if you are planning to make a stock donation so we can be sure to thank you for your generosity!
6. Make a Grant From Your Donor-Advised Fund
Do you have a Donor-Advised-Fund through Fidelity Charitable, Schwab, or BNY Mellon? Recommending funding for NPAP is easy using DAFDirect
Or you can work with your fund administrator to direct your donation to The National Police Accountability Project (EIN: 13-4045142).
Our mailing address is P.O. Box 508, Redmond, WA 98073. Have questions? Please email Mary Gagliardi at [email protected]. We’re here to help!
7. Leverage Your Workplace
Many firms and companies match charitable contributions. Check with your HR department about matching gift programs—it’s an easy way to double your impact without additional cost to you.
8. Partner With Us Through Your Firm Or Business
We’re building partnerships with law firms and businesses that want to support our work through sponsorships, pro bono legal support, or institutional giving. If you’re interested in exploring a partnership, let’s talk about how we can work together. Contact Mary Gagliardi at [email protected] to discuss your interest in a corporate partnership.
9. Make a Gift Through Your IRA
Federal law allows people age 70½ or older to make direct transfers up to $108,000 per year per person to charitable organizations from their Individual Retirement Account (IRA), without the withdrawal being treated as taxable income. The withdrawal can be counted toward your Required Minimum Distribution.
Most IRA charitable gifts are made by asking your IRA custodian (such as Fidelity, Schwab, or Vanguard) to send the contribution directly to the National Police Accountability Project. If you have a self-directed “Checkbook IRA,” you have the option to make the gift yourself.
10. Include Us In Your Estate Planning
You can ensure this work continues for future generations. Consider including the National Police Accountability Project in your will or estate planning—it’s a powerful way to invest in a future free from police violence.
